Christine Lipson MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP of HRConcierge has over 20 years of experience as a senior level human resources consultant. She specializes in strategic organizational planning, benefit plan design, recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management systems, and process improvement. Her cross-industry knowledge includes education, banking, healthcare, insurance, and recreation. Ms. Lipson's total business perspective comes from her Director level HR Generalist experience, operations, benefits, organization change, and training and development positions. She received her MBA from the University of Colorado and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Business Transformation Consultant.
