Ms. Lipson is a dynamic senior level human resources generalist and consultant with 20+ years of cross industry experience. Her areas of expertise include strategic organizational planning, benefit plan design, recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management systems and process improvement.


Her industry knowledge includes education, banking, healthcare, insurance, and recreation. In addition to her Director level HR Generalist experience, she has held positions in operations, benefits, organization change and training and development.


Ms. Lipson's background working with all sizes and types of organizations gives a unique total business perspective to her consulting.




Ms. Lipson received her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Prior to this, she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. She also has a minor in Spanish.


She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Business Transformation Consultant. She is past-president of the Boulder Area Human Resources Association.
